3. Content & Submissions
The Services include community features that allow you to submit content, including counselor spotlights and collaboration opportunities. By submitting content, you represent that you own or have the right to share it and that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.
All submissions are subject to review and approval by FCBC before they are displayed publicly. We reserve the right to remove or decline any submission at our sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Services — including the IFFY Alignment Tool, guides, templates, lesson plans, branding, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to FCBC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Resources made available for free may be downloaded and used for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes within your counseling practice.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any resource without express written permission from FCBC. Premium or paid resources are governed by the specific terms accompanying their purchase.
5. Professional Disclaimer
The resources and services provided by FCBC are informational and professional development in nature. They are not a substitute for clinical supervision, legal advice, or individualized professional judgment. School counselors remain responsible for applying their own professional standards, district policies, and applicable laws when implementing any framework, lesson, or intervention.
6. Consultations & Service Engagements
Requests for consultations or professional services submitted through the Services are inquiries only and do not constitute a binding agreement. Any formal engagement for services will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and FCBC.
7. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites and documents (including external Google resources). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FCBC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
